Job Description

    Job descriptionJob Summary:An experienced and skilled Supervisor to lead our Filling, Packing and dispatch team in the Consumer Products department. The candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality standards, and drive efficiency improvements.- Supervise the filling & packing activities. Maintain zero error in filling and packing section.- Packing material & RM planning for all consumer section products.- Inventory control- Filling & packing planning based on the monthly sales projection.- Repacking and reusing sales return as per the quality advice.- Coordinating with supply chain to ensure on time delivery of products. Ensure zero compliance from customers.- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production planning teams- Implement and maintain quality control procedures- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance- Creation of Daily packing & dispatch report in IMS.- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.- Creation of Monthly report- Lead and develop a team of operators, providing training and guidance.
