Cultivate strong relationships with doctors to enhance the business ofPharmacies. Identify potential doctors in the trade market areas and refer their prescriptions to Pharmacies. Regularly coordinate and follow-up with the sales operation and marketing team to execute collateral, inputs, activities, and gather feedback. Maintain accurate customer database to ensure smooth coordination with the sales operation. team. Provide regular updates on doctors feedback to the line managers to improve the market share and prescription share for Pharmacies.Candidate Qualifications Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing or healthcare industry sales and marketing. Strong knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry, including key stakeholders and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
