Undertake regular field visits to monitor livelihood projects funded by OMBADC- Share the field level findings with Collector / PD DRDA and other district level officials through individual meetings and reports- Identify livelihood opportunities at community level through FGDs/ Pallisabha, Gram sabha meetings and suggest potential projects to the Collector/ OMBADC and Line department officials- Plan joint visits to the field for monitoring the ongoing projects with district level line department officials for on spot solutions to problems in the ongoing projects- Identify opportunities for inter agency and inter departmental convergence to minimize duplication of funds- Ensure regular reporting by line departments for projects funded by OMBADC- Generate required information for preparation of statutory reports by OMBADC- Prepare documentation of success stories, lessons learnt and impact assessment at periodic intervals.- Report to Collector/ PD DRDA and OMBADC officialsMinimum of 05 years total work experience related to livelihood promotion in private/non-profit organizations of repute.Qualification: Post graduate in Social Sciences/Social Work/Economics/Rural Management from any recognized university Key Skills: - Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships.- Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, analyze diverse information and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues and recommend solutions.- Proven ability to identify innovations and translate them into implementable practices.- Competency in usage of IT tools including proficiency in MS Office suite.- Strong oral and writing skills in English with effective documentation skills. - Ability to communicate in Odiya is essential,
