Job Description

    Should be able to support and provide required inputs towards policy drafting and developing HR frameworks.Mandatory requirements:Should be confident to handle all HR functions at the site- Recruitment, Onboarding, PMS, Learning and Development, Employee Grievance.Should have strong exposure on statutory compliance.Should be able to foresee IR issues beforehand and have strong exposure in trouble shooting.Should have experience in maintaining the required statutory registers and information database, that would be used during external audits and payroll processing etc.Identifying the skill gaps and preparing training calendar for training and development initiatives.Should have exposure in conducting employee engagement and welfare activities towards employee engagement initiatives.Should have experience in liaising with the Govt. authorities and departments like Labour, PF, ESI, etc.Should be conversant in developing HR strategies and performing internal audits as and when required.Should be able to interact with various stakeholders presend across the business and create a supportive and nurturing environment at different site locations.Should be strong in IR & external stakeholder management.Behavioral/Soft skills required:Strong communication skills, preservance and networking skills.Computer/Software skills required, if any:Should be confident with MS Office.Languages Preferred: Mandatory English, Hindi, OriyaExternalLaw and order departments and Labour departments
