Job Description

  • Job Purpose :A centralized role to direct monitor and control maintenance and effective utilization of HEMM at all the Contract Coal Mining Units and extend professional support in Evaluation & Procurement of Equipment.
  • To facilitate HEMM procurement activities & contract management through effective collaboration across all functions at Unit & Business levels to achieve business goals.
  • Estimation of HEMM for business development pretender and to project / Engineering post tender-Procurement of HEMM facilitate the process of HEMM procurement.
  • Cost optimization Logging off the operating parameters of the existing HEMM deployed at all locations .
  • Comparative analysis of the operating parameters: Actual Vs. OEM standards-Vendor/Contract Management Regular update of Vendor/Contractor Data base.
  • Time to time feedback on their performances from the end users for performance evaluation.-Cost estimate and control Exercise cost reduction sourcing strategy for HEMM and all other necessary items with Indenter.
  • Cross Functional / Unit Support Support business development in providing most appropriate HEMM specifications and prices during project bidding process . P
  • Provide innovative & cost effective maintenance package to BD to become competitive in the project bidding. Information sharing with operation team on the developments taking place across the world on the HEMM systems its utilizations & safety.
  • Support Civil dept. on Workshop/ Warehouse layout. Support projects in procurement process
