• Source and recruit Insurance Agents with a background in Retail Agency and BA Channel experience
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• 4 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance industry
• Proven track record of recruiting Insurance Agents with Retail Agency and BA Channel experience
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and market trends
