Job Description

    Overview:We are in search of a dynamic and motivated Technical Lead/Team Lead: Software Development to oversee and orchestrate project management activities for our esteemed company. The successful candidate will take charge of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conceptualization to maintenance and version upgrades. This role demands a proactive approach to technical challenges, adept team management, and seamless project execution.Position: Technical Project Manager/Technical LeadType: Permanent (Full Time)Location: BhopalWork Schedule: Monday to FridayShift Timings: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Daylight Saving: 7:00 PM - 4:30 AM IST)Responsibilities: Manage the product development and get the work done. Run Scrum Calls, follow agile and complete sprints Develop/Update a detailed project plan to track progress. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and efficient problem-solving. Coordinate across teams, ensuring seamless. workflow between design, development, testing, and deployment stages. Oversee product releases, post-release tasks, updates, and enhancements for sustained success and user satisfaction. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.Requirements: Possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in team management. Demonstrated technical acumen, complemented by practical exposure to software development and web technologies. Proven project management skill, handling global clients with effective escalation management. Extensive Agile team leadership experience, adaptable to team sizes (10-15 resources). Proficiency in Python/Java/React/Angular/PHP is preferred.
