Job Description

To manage and drive the prepaid sales & distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth, in terms of gross numbers, revenues, market share and profit, whilst complying with agreed budget, timescales and agreed policy guidelines.ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities

Gross Subscriber Addition & Sales Target Achievement Achievement of the annual gross acquisition & retail expansion target with the help of prepaid product sales in a defined geography or sales territory.
Distribution Expansion & Extraction
Setting up & managing healthy distribution model within given geographies & expand distribution to new towns/villages & ensure adequate extraction
Implementation of Agreed Sales
Processes & Ensuring Quality ofSales
Making optimum use of SAC within given limits and work towards minimizing it
Stock Management as per norm
Market share tracking across various categories of outlets
Tracking of competition activities
Training of trade partners &sales force Training of DSEs, Channel Mangers and Retailers
Regular reviews of DSRs, DPCs, DMS etc

Management Graduate with 2-3 Years of experinece
Understanding of organized retail management best practices and customer relationship management
