You will be working as Procurement and Logistics Specialist and will be part of Motion Business Area for NEMA Motors Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Procurement Team Lead and will be responsible to support the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of procurement practice approved activities. Executing assigned activities based on the standard procedures. Your responsibilities

Initiating supply orders in the system, confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to purchase order requirements
Conducting all Supply Chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures
Tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensuring invoice processing as per available guidelines
Applying and implementing PL standards, tools, and processes in responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability
Creating and updating reports, as required, following the ABB standards and standardizing processes and implementing routines as per group directives/instructions
Performing transactional and order confirmation activities and following up with vendors for material status to ensure timely supply

Your background

Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Engineering (electrical/electronics/mechanical)
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain
Experience in end-to-end procurement activities, SAP Module is must
Advanced excel knowledge would be added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
