Assistant Manager / Manager Facility - Bangalore

Job Description

We at Zolo, are looking for a candidate with facilities management background with extremely strong execution skills to join our team. The Assistant Facility Manager will directly report to the Admin Head and will be responsible for day-to-day operational and maintenance related tasks. This is a high-engagement role and thus requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about the responsibilities. About the Role / Responsibilities: Overall management of zolostays property under operations Monitoring of Zolostays property on regular basis and instructing the respective property staff for any improvements Ensure timely submission of records / documents without any reminders Ensure audit of property as per the schedules and timely submission audited checklists and closure of NOCs if any during the audit Interacting with vendors regularly to ensure uninterrupted services at Property Ensure timely execution of Contract agreements with Vendors Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in Housekeeping, Maintenance, Cafeteria etc and initiate immediate rectification actions Timely submission of MIS reports to the management KPIs for the role Timely resolution of helpdesk complaints Effective team coordination of direct and vendor staff for efficient service delivery Desired Experience / Background: 3-6 experience of Facility Management from JLL, CBRE and the likes would be preferable Personality: High Energy, go-getter, and a proactive personality. Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently, take end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results.
