The company is 20 years old and is part of a 129 Chennai based Conglomerate. Qualifications: Any Graduate or MBA Experience: 6-8years. Skills: Very good spoken and written English skillsVery good spoken, written and reading Kannada skills is Mandatory Good Interpersonal skills Good profficiency in MS officeExperience in Liasioning with Govt officesknowledge of Insurance and Group Medical Insurance : Manage all General Administration, Upkeep and cleanliness, Facilities Management and Security related activities and Storage facilities at Corporate office Resolve Infrastructure issues Facilities- Identify premises for branch office and certify completion of furnishing work at the new offices; Travel to assigned locations for inspection frequently for Inspection and getting updated on upkeep of location and ensuring Company set standards regarding Administration are followed at the locations Execution of Vendor Agreements and Lease Deed Registration and RenewalsResolve infrastructural issues Ensure ISO guidelines/Policy/SOP adherence are in place keeping in mind ISO audit compliance Ensure Timely Audit of Vendor Statutory documents Coordinate with Branches on Housekeeping and Security related matters Manage Relationship and Negotiations with Housekeeping and Security Services Processing of Vendor Bills( including but not limited to Courier, Housekeeping Security, Guesthouse Caretakers, etc.,) and coordinate with finance for payment Manage all Business Review, Annual outing meetings and various Events across the year Travel Management.
