Job Description

Client of Tresbien is a 20 year old KPO having its corporate office in Varthur Road, Whitefield, Bangalore that is backed by a large Chennai based conglomerate. It has branch offices across India. Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate with an MBA Experience: 6-8 years. Skills: Excellent written and spoken English. Mandatory to be able to speak, read and write very well in Kannada Good interpersonal skills JD: 1.Identify office space for branch offices across India, complete with furnishing; 2.Periodically visit and inspect the Branch offices and be updated on upkeep of location and ensure that Company set Standards in respect of administration are followied at all Branch office locations 3. Resolve Infrastructural Issues 4. Ensure ISO Guidelines/Policy/ SOP adherence keeping in mind ISO Audit Compliance 5. Ensure timely Audit of Vendor Statutory documents 6. Execution of Vendor Agreements and Lease deed registration and renewals 7. Coordinate with Branch office on Housekeeping and Security related matters 8. Maintain good relations with Vendors; conduct negotiations with Security and Housekeeping services 9. Manage all the General administration, Upkeep and cleanliness, Facilities Management and Security related activities at Corporate office and storage facilities 10. Processing of Vendor Bills (including but not limited to Courier, Housekeeping, Security, Guest house caretakers, etc) and coordinate with Finance for payment 11. Manage all arrangements for Business Review meetings, Offsite meetings, Annual Outings and various event across the year 12. Travel Management Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9400,000.00 - 9700,000.00 per year Benefits:
