Job Duties & Responsibilities:- Focusing on Channel Business(B2B) and building up Partner base Building and monitoring Sales and Service team Ensuring that team achieves pre-defined business targets in terms of Partner acquisition, Client acquisition, revenue generation, profitability Training and development of the team members and channel partners, grooming of the existing talent Thorough knowledge of products (Equity, Non Equity/ Fee based products) Promoting cross selling of fee based products by adopting holistic approach Managing profit center operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of available resources. Key Requirements:- Team handling Relationship Management Thorough Product knowledge Cross selling along with Equity Should be from B2B background (Should have worked in B2B for a period of 5 years and above)
