So all our solutions, services are long term to protect your asset. To get good returns and to get asset appreciation. Our services are two-fold: We sign up with owners to manage their properties, rent we will transfer, security deposit we will transfer, demand generation we will take care. We will arrange visit to tenants, move ins, move out will be taken care by us, owners need not to return security deposit every time when there is change in tenants, so its complete end to end rental management solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Team handling and training the team members for existing CRM process. Improvising on process to reduce customer issues & make the strong process driven Tenant - To collect documents from tenants over the phone, preparing Agreements. Tenant - To ensure move ins happen as per schedule, post move ins Collect signed copy of tenant agreements and file it accordingly (both in soft copy as well as hard copies). Support contacting them through email, keep a record of tenants issues, Assign a POC for resolution and ensuring successful closure of issue, measure TAT for every issue reported. Receivables- Generating & forecasting monthly tenant receivables, using various communication methods like Mail, SMS, WhatsApp to interact with tenants to get the receivables. Support - Generating rent receipts, storing systematically, sharing it to respective tenants. Getting owner agreements ready as per BDE request and taking approvals from leadership team, procuring stamp papers, documents maintenance post approval. Maintenance- updating google sheets project wise and MIS publishing. Identify and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.Language: Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu (Preferred).
