Job Description

Education Qualification - Diploma (ME)Work Experience - 5 years in casting and machining background.-Casting & Pattern inspection and marking of all parts/components.Preparation of casting and pattern inspection checklist of all parts/componentsHandling & use of different measuring instruments used in an incoming quality department.Technical Skills -• Ability to understand and explain blueprint requirements (GD&T symbols & ISO standards)• Knowledge of inspection equipment, including calibration requirements.• Experience with dimensional and form inspection techniques, inspection limits, corrections.• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting)• Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and assessment/audit techniques.• Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis, Why-Why, etc• Working Knowledge of First Article approval process (PPAP, PSW, Failure Modes and Effect Analysis-FMEA, Control Plans, work instructions)• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control conceptsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per monthBenefits:• Health insurance• Provident FundSchedule:• Day shiftSupplemental pay types:• Yearly bonusExperience:• total work: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
