Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced L&D Trainer to join our team at SBI Life. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development in the life insurance industry. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the life insurance sector and be able to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.Responsibilities:
    • Design and deliver training programs for employees in the life insurance sector
    • Develop training materials and resources to support employee development
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop solutions
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development in the life insurance industry
    • Strong understanding of the life insurance sector
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees
