Job Description

  • Handle a team of Sales Managers, Area heads TSEs & FSEs Responsible to drive Sales strategies along with his Ahs & Sales Managers Responsible to hire AH,SMs through HR.
  • Responsible to train the AHs & help to acquire selling skills & drive Sales.
  • To ensure focus on achieving the Fincon and Sales target across all Products like Curable, RTO, Smartpay, Term loans, General Insurance, LE & Upgrades, Addon, One Assist, Forex and ME Cross sell.
  • Ensure Ahs, & SMs meets the required productivity Drive Sales Targets through Goal Sheets & set daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Develop Sales strategies to ensure the need of the Business is met.
  • Acquiring & IFB A : Acquiring Business : Ensuring acquisition of New Merchants, Welcome call & onboarding of Merchants.
  • Portfolio, Income generation & X sell, enhance portfolio products to increase customer engagement & activation.
  • Ensuring retention of customers who are requesting for discontinuation of services, & activation of Switch-off & NIL volume customers.
  • Also ensuring Credit Card lead generation for Merchants & ensuring engagement of Credit Cards through X sell & selling TPP on carded merchants.
  • B: IFB Selling Consumer Durables through Easy EMI Selling Top up loans to CD customers Selling extended warranty to existing Customers Also ensuring Credit Card lead generation for Customers & ensuring engagement of Credit Cards through X sell & selling TPP on carded Customers.
  • Above 2 are driven across all geographies & Resources verticals under CVM Recruitment and training of the team and to maintain low attrition levels Review set up declines & follow up with respective stakeholders pushing them for better conversion ZH is responsible to Hire & train Sales manager.
  • Ensure attrition of the TSEs/ SMs are under control.
  • Keep reviewing performance of the team & take necessary action wherever required.
  • Active participation in various initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, revenue generation, cost saving & reduced COA Induction, Training, Review and communication through personal visit, meetings & interactions Product mix needs to be worked upon to meet Business requirement.
  • ZH to design & develop plans to operate at low C2I & have better cost of acquisition.
  • ZH to review through travel & conduct meetings & trainings.
  • Conduct interviews, hire new staff and provide employee orientation Smooth interaction with cross function (OPS & Products) for betterment of Bank process and Business enhancement.
  • Have complete knowledge on processes & support in closure of processes.
  • ZH to have broader perspective to develop & find opportunity to enhance the Business.
  • Ensure all KO benchmarks are adhered & met.
  • Incumbent needs to ensure that the product mix is driven along with the requisite productivity per resource so that COA are well under control, eventually, making the channel highly profitable.
  • Incumbent to work right product mix to ensure profitability to the overall Business objectives KO Objective to be driven seriously & should be met.
  • ZH to understand the Business required & work on better Product mix so that the channel operates at less C2I thus enabling for better profitability.
