      • Key Responsibilities : -Business and process analysis, documenting as-is and to-be process models-Application level functional configurations on Cloud Workday Core HR platform-Liaising with technical data migration specialists, reports developers, testers act as a point of functional communication for Workday System Integration programs-Quality Assurance documentation
      • Technical Experience : -Ability to analyze current HR business functions of Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Time and Labor, Payroll, Compensation, Recruitment and identify business opportunities for leveraging Workday based HR solutions-Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions leveraging strong business acumen, analytical and technical aptitude-Conduct workshops, demonstrate capabilities and features of Workday Core HR-Should have good understanding of Workday HR product enterprise arc
      • Professional Attributes : - Should have good understanding of Workday product enterprise architecture-Should have good understanding of HR primary and core Financesecondary domain- Should have worked in 2-3 large Workday advisory or System Integration projects
