Job Description

Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the worlds most challenging problems If so, lets talk.Your Role and Responsibilities As Windows Administrator specialist you are responsible to design, install, administer, and optimize overall control of a server. Provide technical support to ensure a high degree of Customer Happiness through Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Process Compliance. Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters. Responsibilities: Leading a squad to be responsible for

  • Technical solutions and Tech backlog management
  • Providing administration and technical support for a number of Windows 2016 servers in IBM Self-Managed Cloud environment (previously known as BlueCloud). This includes, but not limit to, setup new server, installation of software required for RPA solutions, Windows Users administration, configuration of Windows Event Logs, setup folders encryption using Windows encryption feature, firewall configurations to connect to external applications
  • Willing to learn new skills & technologies to support diversified technical environments and business applications on Windows, Mac and Mainframe
  • Familiar with Agile methodology
  • Setting up Automation Anywhere Control Room and Bot Runners, WinAutomation on Windows 2016 servers
  • Monitoring servers, robots running on servers and address issues as they arise
  • Reviewing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes and designs proposed by development teams
  • Developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new RPA solutions
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT industry domain
  • Experience in platforms Certified or extensive experience with Windows 2016, 2012 Administration
  • Proficient in languages like Visual Basic/Excel Macro, APIs, DOS/PowerShell scripts, Python, SQLs
  • Expertise in Security / File transfer: SSL, SFTP, PGP encryption along with experience in tools like GitHub, Box Sync, Box Drive, Box APIs
  • RPA: Knowledge and Certification of Automation Anywhere - Certified Advanced Professional, Automation Anywhere Certified Master)
  • Experience with RPA use cases using Automation Anywhere and WinAutomation
  • Knowledge and experience with using SAP Scripting, excel Macro, SQLs, Python
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Willing to take on new challenges and learning new technologies
  • Proficient to guide and influence team members
  • Ability to work effectively with other team members, including development teams lead, program management team and external teams within IBM.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience with using APIs, PGP Encryption, SFTP, SPSS modeler, Form Experience Builder (FEB), Java & web development
  • Tertiary education (preferred) and/or formal training/study as Analyst Programmer
  • Proven English communications skills in speaking, writing and presentation
