Job Title: Business Partner - Enabling Functions Job Location: Bangalore Reporting to: CIO Job Grade: 6 I Mandatory expectation for all roles as per Syngene safety guidelines
• Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned
• Contributing to development of procedures, practices and systems that ensures safe operations and compliance to company s integrity & quality standards
• Driving a corporate culture that promotes environment, health, and safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace at all times.
• Ensuring safety of self, teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace.
• Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
• Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times
Role Accountabilities
• Partnering with enabling functions to drive strategic initiative implementation, supporting IT operations in building the organizations innovation capabilities and culture.
• Providing recommendations on key projects to align resources and support the completion of the project.
• Responsible for creating a 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategy and roadmap adoption across various enabling functions.
• Responsible for managing end-to-end projects starting from proof of concept, pilot, and full-fledged implementation across different verticals
• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the partnership, including coordinating project teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Responsible for guiding technology adoption to enable operational performance, increase revenue, and enhance the overall compliance of the organization.
• Responsible for analysing data related to the partnership, including market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity. They use this data to inform strategic decisions and make recommendations for improvement.
• Responsible for managing the financial aspects of the partnership, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance
• Business partners must continuously evaluate SCM and finance processes to identify areas for improvement, including opportunities for automation, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement.
• Develop communication channels to ensure the free flow of information on objectives, highlights, challenges, and key focus areas across the team
• Work closely with business users to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs, including translating needs to functional systems requirement documents and design specifications.
• Responsible for handling the change management process as part of technology adoption with Agile practice and managing the overall validation document deliverables. Testing and validation requirements are performed
• Provide guidance and instructions to users in learning and understanding processes, which should bring users delight.

Skills and Capabilities
• Expertise in managing all projects, creating, and managing the estimates, project plan, project governance, budget, resource allocation, risk, and quality management
• Must have working experience of Business partnership with enabling functions
• Must have working experience in managing SCM, HR and Finance projects end to end
• Must have proficiency of SAP, Other ERP implementation and strong knowledge of finance
• Must have working experience in Identifying valuable data sources and automate collection processes, analyzing large amounts of information to discover trends/ pattern patterns, preprocessing structured and unstructured data
• Must have experience in implementing new technologies which brings productivity and cost saving
• Experience in using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau Microsoft Stack, and data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop)
• Expertise in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to support organization business needs & achieve high customer satisfaction from business users
