Job Description

    - Custodian for all operational activities covering last mile delivery- Leading a team of and last mile area managers and work with stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience. - Alignment of company goals and metrics to all regional workstreams including revenue, cost, customer experience, people engagement, innovation, hiring and training, quality - Working with the marketing team to drive new customer acquisitions and growth in revenues.- Responsible for leading the regions capacity expansion (hub and last mile).- Will be deeply involved in last mile operations of entire Bangalore.
