Develop Intents, Intent Training with ML Algorithms , Developing Dialog/conversational Flows, Integrate BOT with voice and chat Channels, BOT Integration with CRM and other backend systems, BOT Integration with Contact Center Platform for Agent Handoff, BOT Analytics, BOT Initiated Conversations etc.Strong interest in voice user interface (VUI) development and other conversational interfaces.Experience in Speech Recognition based application using Nuance is a plus.Experience with phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics and pragmatics when use NLP in conversational bot design and handling Ambiguities.Exceptional and demonstrable problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skillsAs a member of the development team, you will develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems. Analysis and investigation of applications/systems including tactile methods, visual graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interactionQualificationsBS or MS degree, Strong mathematical/statistical background8+ years of experience as a Software Developer in a technology companyStrong Experience in developing BOT s using Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) or Google DialogFlow or Amazon Lex.Strong programming skills with Python, Java and ability to productize your workExperience with JavaScript, NodeJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, restful API s and Oracle cloud platformFluency in English and a good communicator both orally and in writing.Open to thinking out of the box, innovative, and can work with new and different artificial intelligence/intelligent computing paradigms.Expert on or have experience with AI, machine learning, NLP, Speech Recognition. Be familiar with machine learning algorithmKnowledgeable about chat bot and search engines, databases, and other data systems.Experience working with Genesys Contact Center, Intelligent Automation, Kate Bot, Bot GatewayBe familiar with Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologyDuties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment.
