Job Description

    .NET Eng. Lead VP S/W EngineeringWe are looking for experienced .NET developer, who can work with our team of innovators and technologists towards creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Hands-on knowledge in system design, application development, testing and operational stability will help the team deliver high-quality products.Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Hands-on knowledge in system design, application development, testing and operational stability
    • Collaborate with Product owners, stake holders to provide solutions which are technically feasible.
    • Experience in the software architecture patterns
    • Collaborate with diverse teams in multiple regions and time zones.
    • Have experience in risk management. (Risk Identification, Monitoring, Reporting and Risk Mitigation)
    • Handle critical, time sensitive and pressure situations
    • Have complete knowledge on the Software Development Life Cycle
    • Design, develop and maintain scalable and highly resilient systems.
    • Experience in leading small technical teams.
    • Conduct code reviews and deliver high quality software.
    • Monitor health of the applications and fine tune the performance of the applications wherever necessary.
    • Implement solutions with an equal focus on both functional and non-functional requirements.
    Must Have:
    • 10 14 years of proven experience in .NET Development.
    • Familiarity with front-end technologies like angular, reactjs, etc
    • Knowledge of relational databases like SQL, Oracle and ability to create ORM queries.
    • Understanding of cloud, virtualization, APIs, and modern software languages
    • Experience in micro service architecture, REST API design and development
    • Knowledge of Powershell, Unix Shell scripting.
    • Have knowledge about development methodologies like pair programing, test driven development, etc
    • Have knowledge about monitoring tools like Dynatrace, etc
    Good to have:
    • Expertise in Testing Frameworks such as Junit, AssertJ, and Mockito
    • Understanding or have experience with Agile and Lean philosophies, hands on experience in Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Maven
    • Should be familiar with Micro service Architecture, SoA and Blue/Green deployment models
    • Knowledge and experience of DevOps life cycle
    • Certifications on the technologies from recognized institutes in the industry.
