Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of designers, researchers, UX writers, content strategists, product managers and engineers, and garner insights about user needs, attitudes, behaviors, and use those insights to create inspirational design, align with product strategy, & increase customer engagement 2. Collaborate with teams across operational boundaries that would have an impact at all levels of product development, with your focus on three things - quality, usability and simplicity 3.
