Job Description

Job Details :This role in FRRA provides a unique opportunity to interact with multiple lines of business and corporate groups and learn about a variety of products and services offered across the firm and how these affect the financial statements of the firm in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment.The individual will be responsible for aggregating data submissions for various external disclosures from multiple lines of businesses for the client, N.A., as well as other disclosures such as Call Report, FR Y9-C, FR Y-15 Reporting, FRY 14Q, Capital reporting, Risk weighted assets calculations etc. and ensuring the completeness of those submissions.This will involve requesting and consolidating data while adhering internal control and documentation standards. The candidate will also be responsible for continuing to enhance the controls and efficiency over the financial reporting processes which may include transitioning to target data sources and preparing work paper binders.This role requires the individual to :- Manage the data aggregation for the disclosures- Understand and clearly communicate data collection requirements to the lines of businesses- Participate in various aspects for the production of aggregate firm wide data for monthly, quarterly and annual external disclosures as applicable- Managing relationships with the Lines of Business as well as with Corporate teams that are responsible for the external reporting of the firm wide data- Manage the attestation process for various regulatory reports and review & escalation of qualified attestations- Manage a team of 3-5 Analysts & Senior Analysts- Open to working in EMEA / NA shift and should be able to deliver to tight deadlinesAchieve a positive employee experience and build a high performance team that prioritizes controls and drives business results through :- Communication- Partnership & Influence- Managing Performance
