Requirement-Requirement - Service Automation Engineer Total Yrs Experience - 1 to 5YrsResponsibilities Identify the requirements, design and implement a monitoring solution utilizing Dynatrace (RUM and Synthetics) Work with different technical teams across the organization in order to determine scope for different monitoring solution designs Configuration and documentation of monitoring systems driving monitoring systems knowledge transfer within the organization Performs planning, consulting, technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and daily support of application monitoring and automation software Document requirements and design driving knowledge management and transfer within the organization Integrates and manages various monitoring tools within the various computing platforms Research and troubleshoot monitoring and automation software tools Develops and implements policies, strategies, guidelines, standards, and procedures related to automation Monitors and supports the environment in accordance with service level expectations Work closely with our IT engineering & delivery teams to partner on rollout of solutions Provide proactive health checks, capacity management, and updates as necessary to maintain the health of the environment. Help create and execute complex automated scripts and tests based on acceptance criteria and test plans. Performs other tasks and special assignments as requested by management. Develop, document and manage tools and automation standards. Makes recommendations for systems improvements. Qualifications Extensive experience analysing, installing, and maintaining platform automation, monitoring and other tools across multiple technical disciplines. Prior automation and tools management experience preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Some background involving in complex automation and tools integration. Advanced Knowledge and/or Experience With: Dynatrace , Sitescope, Micro Focus Operations Orchestration, WinAutomation, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, JIRA, ServiceNow Years of Experience: 2-5 years Level of Formal Education: Bachelors degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience desired. Other Competencies: 1. Solid and verifiable analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 2. Excellent decision-making skills. 3. Extensive background and experience in managing and deploying automation across complex global environments. 4. Extensive first-hand scripting capabilities. 5. Strong forecasting, resource demand and financial management skills. 6. Experience managing remote technical teams/resources.
