Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager- Business development at our Bangalore office. we are looking for an experienced marketing person, who will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies that must align with our business goals.The candidate will be responsible for business development, liasoning with various insurers to achieve company goals.The candidate should have sound marketing experience of minimum 3 years of working with insurance companies, broker and preferably with TPA industry, with excellent communication skills, computer knowledge analytical skills and leadership quality.

  1. Rich experience of TPA/Brokers sales.
  2. Having experience of health insurance/employee benefits.
  3. Having strong communication & presentation skills.
  4. Able work under business pressure.
  5. Minimum experience in TPA/Broker/Health Insurance co. (marketing/sales) should be 3 years.
We are looking forward for a hard core sales professional from broker/Insurance/TPA background with proven track record.
