- Identify changes needed in our value offering by: - Conducting data analytics by leveraging learner feedback, product ratings, feature adoption and whatever else is relevant to identify gaps- Conducting internal and external benchmarking exercises- Conducting Primary and secondary research exercises to identify changes needed- Conducting brainstorming discussions with internal stakeholders- Create a charter of improvements and clearly prioritize between multiple initiatives in alignment with top leadership- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to implement changes- Track progress along each initiative and ensure completion- Measure the impact of each initiative Requirements: - Candidates with experience at high-growth startups, especially in project or product management- Candidates who have studied in Top Tier colleges- Candidates who have cleared entrance exams such as JEE/ NEET UG/ CAT etc,
