Job Description

- Must have a strong demonstrated experience in escalations management.- Should have managed top-level escalations with important stakeholders like CEOs & CXOs.- Manage teams and ensure they work efficiently.- Work cross functionally with various stakeholders such as central support, engineering POCs, etc.- Regularly optimize the process by analyzing loopholes that hinder efficiency.- Fresh desk, Intercom, Tableau, MS Office.- Candidate must have experience in B2C role.Requirements:- Relevant escalations management experience in an ecommerce setup- Minimum experience of 3 years.- Bachelors degree & MBA from a premium school (preferable).- Business intelligence around best practices and current trends.- Ability to work with senior management on critical business initiatives.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail.,
