  • Project Role :Test Lead
  • Project Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

      • Key Responsibilities : a: Understand application/program objective and create OAT Approach b: Understand requirements and carry out OAT Operational Acceptance Testing c: Assess and perform different types of OAT Installation, Recovery, Backup and Restore etc independently d: Status reporting and escalate risks on time along with actions to mitigate
      • Technical Experience : a:Strong hands-on experience of Operational Readiness Testing b:Proven experience in technical testing c:Exposure to Security and Performance Testing d:Exposure to DEV Ops ADO will be an added advantage e:Exposure to Test Management Tool ALM or qTEST and JIRA Experience testing in Retail Domain Good to have
