For each stakeholder in the process, Esko solutions enable them to deliver right-first-time packaging and marketing content.WITHIN YOUR TEAMCollaboration with client on various system component and microservices to define CI/CD automation pipeline, target environments , closely work with various teams to have understanding on needed software and provision the same for application hosting on various VMs by working closely with system admin and procurement team, making the environment deployment ready to host the mission critical applications and necessary configuration trimming as well as compliance conflict resolution , Proactively monitor, identify and escalate issues or root causes of systemic issues . Incidence management and root cause analysis. Bringing stakeholders, applications owners, software, infrastructure requirement, processes , development and testing team all together to get the work done.THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO: Explore your true potential by having the accessibility to the modern cloud infrastructure business model and practices. You get to work closely with all the spheres within the Cloud Organization exploring more about various roles played by your fellow colleagues.WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
• Participate in planning, implementation, and growth of the infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other cloud platforms as required
• Manage full application stacks from the OS through custom applications using Amazon cloud-based computing environments
• Work closely with Architects, Project Managers and Engineers to design networks, systems, and storage environment that effectively reflect business needs, security requirements, and service level requirements
• Manage a continuous integration/continuous deployment methodology for the server-based technologies
• Cloud infrastructure Cost optimization and right-sizing to help the products get the best value from their cloud investments
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines to for fully automated deployments of infrastructure
• Setting up Cloud infrastructure Observability/Monitoring using Application Insight / Azure Monitor / Datadog / PagerDuty and the Cloud Center of Exellence own Centralized Monitoring Solution
• Ensure products are following DevOps recommended practices and execution.
• Guide products to achieve High-Availability and Disaster Recovery in a cloud context
• Expertise in Linux and Windows Server system administration.
• Monitoring of mission critical applications on prod and non servers
• Engaging with NOC team and other stakeholder for troubleshooting on various applications infrastructure monitoring alerts
• Troubleshooting for applications and services on Aws cloud
• JIRA and ServiceNow expertise for ticketing and project scrum activities
• AWS SysOps and ITIL certifications are preferred and a plus
• Experience in Change and Incident management
• This role is 24*7 support

• BE/B.Tech with 2-5 years of experience working in modern day deployment tools in a Cloud Environment like Jenkins and GitHub and thorough understanding of ticketing tools like Jira, Service Now, Confluence etc.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Github, Bitbucket, AWS cloud core services EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, EKS, ECR and Route53
• Experience in designing and building web application environments on AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, ELB, RDS, EKS, etc
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server system administration
• Experience with installing and configuring application servers such as Tomcat
• Proficient in developing scripts and scripting languages
• A team player capable of high performance, flexibility in a dynamic working environment and the ability to lead
• Skill and ability to train others on technical and procedural topics
• AWS and ITIL certifications are preferred and a plus
• This role will be for 24*7 support
