Job Description

Create high quality software documents that is apt for its intended users
Develop documents like Online Help, User manual, Admin guide and Installation manual from scratch using style guide
Lead the projects and co-ordinate with the customers from start to closure
Responsible to drive and own the project
Work in different domains and grasp the technology
Modify the existing document as per customer requirement, formatting the document, migrating the content to different template/format and proofreading the document
Create graphics, photographs and charts
Create videos from scratch
Review documents and recommend revisions in terms of language or changes in scope, format and content
Evaluate inputs and organize complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
Interact with the SMEs to gather inputs
Work in an agile environment and multitask
Maintain records, files of work and revisions as per the quality standards
