  • Good knowledge of network architecture for UMTS/LTE/5G
  • Work experience in Control plane or user plane stack for 5G, LTE, 3G RAN
  • Knowledge of 3GPP standards for 5G, LTE, 3G is desirable
  • Very good skills with C and C++ development
  • Good skills with python development
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Good debugging skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and capability to work in international multi-site environment
  • Develop Software for Features based on the Nokia Femto Small Cells Products and the Smart 5G node small Cells.
  • Understand and become highly proficient in Wireless cutting edge technologies e.g. LTE/4G, 5G, Small CellsSoftware development in an embedded mobile telecom environment
  • Develop both manual and automated tests to verify feature functionality.
  • Understand real-world Customer deployments, help in fixing the issues and incorporate feedback into developed features.
  • Work closely within R&D and with Product Management to deliver high quality products and solutions.
Qualifications:
  • B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech
  • 5+ years of minimum experience
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, with a will to succeed.
  • Self-starter, with the tenacity to solve complex problems
  • Able to work directly with customers and partners.
  • Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
  • The ability to take ownership and to drive issues to successful conclusion.
  • The candidate must be able to successfully work in a team
Essential Skills Required:
  • Strong in C++ and C. Strong in data structure and algorithms.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Unit Test, Debugging and Bug Fixing.
  • Experience of minimum 3 years in developing LTE protocols.
  • Conceptual knowledge of networks and good understanding of wireless protocols
  • Experienced in Software development in an embedded mobile telecom environment.
  • Experience in working as part of a multi-site design and product development team
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced, innovative environment
Desirable skills: Understanding of 5G architecture, 5G L2 protocols, 5G L3 protocols, x2-interface, MAC scheduler, U-plane and FAPI procedures is a plus.,
