Job Description

As Director of Product for Consumer, you will be part of product leadership team of the company and will focus on building, owning and operating some of the key services. Responsibilities Of the Role:The role will be to set up and lead the hiring function at - >50% hiring happens in Tech and allied functions. Employer branding and evaluation process aligned with our cultural values and a well-defined selection process will be a critical element to the approach to TA. Campus connect and hiring will also be a part of this role. The incumbent will also get exposure to HR Business Partnering for Revenue functions (15% responsibility) 1. Develop a sustainable talent acquisition plan and strategies for hiring best of technology, product and business support folks from industry. 2. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities and employee referral programs. 3. Source and find candidates qualified for open positions. 4. Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecastsAn Ideal candidate should have:1. Experience in hiring in a B2C technology/product organization for roles like team leads, engineering managers, mobility professionals, product managers 2. 8-12 years of experience as TA Manager or similar HR role 3. In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques. 4. Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.) 5. Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media, Professional networking groups and job boards. 6. Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools. 7. Strong negotiation and influential skills.8. Great interpersonal and communication skills. 9. MA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field,
