Job Description

Hands on project lead with about 10 yrs overall experience. Responsible for project deliverables on time, budget and quality. Leads his/her team to achieve the project goal. He/she manages the aspects time, money, information and quality. Reports the status of the projectKey Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage project execution according to relevant process requirements
  • Technically guide the team to meet project/product requirements
  • Prepare relevant deliverables
  • plan and monitor product and project costs , budgeting
  • manage project risk and priorities
  • exception handling
  • ensure (multi-site) communication and info flow within the team and with interfaces including reporting
  • manage project deliverables and receivables
  • Make sure that every owner makes all specifications, technical documentation, interface definitions and plans available.
Skills
  • Mandatory
    • About 10 experience in in embedded systems development and testing (preferably RF based S/W for automotive domain) with at least 2 years of project management role.
    • Strong Experience in AGILE ( and traditional PM methodology)
    • Exposure managing projects of different life cycle s (Waterfall and Agile)
    • Experience of configuration management tool (SVN, Design sync)
    • Experience on test environment
    • Background in experience of device driver development, protocol stack (802.15.4) on 16/32 bit Microcontrollers (preferably ARM).
    • Programming languages: C, Assembly, Scripting.
    • Preferred, Good understanding of electronics (RF Fundamentals)
    • Preferred system overview/architecture of networking concepts, OSI model / Layers or any equivalent wired / wireless protocol stack.
    • Commands good leadership, inter-personal skills, adaptive to changing situations and act constructively.Languages : Fluent in EnglishEducation: BE/BTech in Electronics
