Job Description

    Technical Program Manager Location: Bangalore, India / RemotePosition Summary :As we march towards our high growth wave, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager to support our engineering teams in Bangalore, India.The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, passionate about building scalable services, comfortable in a flat, fast moving organization, excited to innovate on existing solutions, and focused squarely on impacting the our product and business. We know great TPMs come from all backgrounds, so we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all the qualifications off the bat. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:- Drive planning, implementation & delivery of programs across teams and functional organizations, facilitating relationships across organizations to identify risks, manage dependencies and optimize resources- Work with Product and Engineering to coordinate, prioritize and deliver roadmaps- Understand inter-dependencies and lead cross-functional teams towards technical solutions- Drive internal process improvements across teams, remove roadblocks, and deliver on high-impact projects with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality- Articulate program goals, desired outcomes, risks/issues and mitigation plan with senior leadership- Clarify, prioritize and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountabilityRequired Behaviors & Abilities:- 5 + years of technical program management/product operations experience - Minimum 2+ years experience & depth of understanding of developer experience and API platform products - 3 + years of experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery- Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership- Communication experience and experience working with technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products- Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems- Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones,
