Any Graduate with atleast 1 yr experience in Tech Support, Voice process Should have excellent communication skills, Strong written and verbal communication in both Hindi & English Language Work Location: Wilson Garden, Bangalore Shift: Regular Day Shift Attend and log calls from customers Respond to emails with proper resolution Complete understanding of the product is expected (A Fast learner preferably) Help customers with resolution to queries on installation & usage Assistance Proper categorization of tickets and ensure that all incidents are recorded in the ITSM system Escalate Scan/Digital/App related issues to L2 Support Desk Android/Mobile App/Technical knowledge would be an added advantage (Not Mandatory) Good knowledge on Windows environment, Hardware (Desktop, Server and Projector) & network Preferred - Exposure to ITIL practices & SFDC (Service Cloud) Key Skills: Graduate, Communication skills, Voice process, Day shift, Tech Support Qualification(s): Exposure to ITIL practices & SFDC (Service Cloud),
