Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Telesales Team Leader to lead and manage Telesales team effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales goals are met by the team. This role involves motivating the sales team to maintain a highly competitive and positive work environment while driving quality, productivity, and process improvements.Key Responsibilities:
    • Performance Management: Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of team members to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Team Motivation: Encourage the sales team to maintain a highly competitive and positive environment on the sales floor.
    • Process Adherence: Ensure all process-related TATs (Turnaround Times) are met with timely delivery of desired outputs.
    • Strategy Development: Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews to develop and drive strategies and programs that improve overall team performance.
    • Task Management: Plan, structure, direct, and execute tasks while ensuring adherence to processes, goals, and expectations.
    • Training and Development: Train, reward, and discipline employees as needed, and actively participate in staffing new employees.
    • Problem Solving: Identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Quality and Productivity: Drive improvements in quality, productivity, and processes to keep pace with growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of a partner-focused, metrics-driven environment.
    Requirements:
    • Experience: At least 5 years of total work experience with a minimum of 2 years in Telesales team management.
    • Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of motor insurance.
    • Team Management: Proven track record of managing a team of at least 10 executives.
    • Sales Exposure: Exposure to high-scale selling is essential.
    • Data Management: Strong data management skills, with expertise in Excel.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work in different shifts as needed.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively leading the team and interacting with stakeholders.
