You will make sure all companies have a steady flow of candidates by engaging with suitable candidates.- You will ensure interview coordination between companies and candidates is handled well.- Engage with developers who register on Geektrust via email/message/phone calls- You will be responsible for scheduling interviews between companies and candidates.- Answer and resolve any questions developers on Geektrust may have - regarding companies, or about anything else at Geektrust- Ensure every developers experience on Geektrust is of the highest quality- Work with product, development and marketing teams at Geektrust to improve the overall experience of using Geektrust- Identify and document a good, repeatable on-boarding experience for developers- You will collect feedback from candidates on interviews.- Identify areas of improvement on candidate side engagement.- We are a tech company and we have internal software that you will use for your day to day activities and responsibilitiesWhat were looking for :- Past experience in candidate engagement- Past experience in sourcing using different tools- Good communication skills- Must be able to define, improve processes and be reasonably self-sufficient- Strong relationship building ability- High attention to detail, with a process and solution oriented mindset,
