Job Description

DescriptionWe are developing the world s first enterprise-level Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) for robots, creating a rare opportunity for an experienced, product-focused engineering professional. Our PaaS aims to offer innovative features to handle every part of the product life cycle required to aid and deliver robust, scalable, and state-of-the-art robotics solutions to the end-user.Your responsibilities will include the following but not limited to:

  • Determining current hiring needs
  • Handling end to end recruitment process including coordinating and scheduling interviews
  • Sourcing candidates on social networking sites as well as niche platforms. This is the heart of the role. Generating leads that are relevant is necessary. The candidate should be able to bring in / grow their understanding of the market and drive towards reaching out to the relevant talent pool.
  • Pipelining - quality over quantity - should be able to full-fill the pipeline requirements by focusing on quality. The candidate should focus on understanding the hiring problem end to end and work on feedback to keep the process streamlined.
  • Should be able to gather requirements and provide a relevant lens to the business on the availability of candidates in the market. Preparing well documented recruiting reports to stakeholders.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
, Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree.
  • 2-4 yrs experience in technical recruiting for product development companies.
  • Extensive experience in market mapping
  • Proven ability to source for niche roles
  • Should understand the skills they are hiring or have hired for
  • Good communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good networking skills, flexible and fearless attitude to deal with candidates and stakeholders
