Job Description

    Mission:To create one, unique tech-enabled, organized retail model for the entire Indian mass ecosystem that solves for the affordability of the middle Indian customers through high-quality, low-priced essentials while providing a platform for small, regional and national manufacturers to offer their products at best margins.Key Responsibilities:
    • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
    • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
    • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
    • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
    • Managing end-to-end recruitment for Mid-senior & senior roles
    • Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
    • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
    • streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding.
    • Create a roadmap to companys goals Vs achievement.
    • Works with the business unit leaders to define and document hiring forecasts.
    • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.
    Skill Requirements:
    • Strong experience in talent acquisition
    • Strong knowledge and background in non tech hiring
    • Good to have experience in E-Commerce platform
    • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
    • Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
