Req ID: 53882 Systems Support Senior Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN- KA), India (IN). Role Responsibilities: - Supporting Storage technologies such as SAN, NAS and Cisco switches. - Supporting one of our largest healthcare clients, specializing in VMware ESXi , vSphere and HP blades - Good Experience on vSphere 6. x - Drive Optimization and Performance of VMware infrastructure - Lead high severity calls and provide quick resolution - Lead a local team of IT professionals in the successful delivery of Virtualization services - Provide leadership for continued team professional growth and development - Build and maintain an excellent communication channel with US teammates - Work with your management team to provide feedback on team direction and efficiency Required: - 2 years of experience with VMware virtualization concepts to include supporting Enterprise level VMware infrastructure - Proven experience with VMware, ESXi, Vsphere, vSAN, vcenter, HP Blades - Working knowledge on Cisco UCS, Nutanix and NSX is an added advantage - Virtualization basics - Knowledge of HP Blades Preferences: - VMware vSphere 5. 5 or higher certification - Cisco certifications - ITIL training and certification - In- depth change management experience This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
