• Specify/Elaborates the overall control Center solution in accordance to the customer requirement
• Establishes and maintains the requirement traceability with project requirements and ensures coherence and Comprehensiveness of the Specifications.
• Identify safety / non-safety related requirements and allocation in consultation with Architect / design authority.
• Coordinate the engineering teams on requirements specifications, including interfaces and transverse functions.
• Identify/define customer baseline during definition phase and tender phase Do requirement GAP analysis (Clause-by-clause) of contract specifications and identify of technical/nontechnical requirements and related characterization.
• Compare customer requirement with the Control center Solution, identify the GAPs and establish/maintain/mange the changes of the requirement work products like. System Specification , External Interface description, User interface Specification , System Operational Context
• Definition of operational context based on the project needs, and description of nominal and downgraded operating modes behaviors
• Ensure/Verify that the requirements meet the specification baseline ( both internal and external traceability)
• Applies and ensures application of processes and standards
• Contributes to continuous improvement (ROE, process, tools, )

Education

• Bachelors or master s in electrical / Electronics / Communications / Instrumentation Engineering

Technical Competency & Experience:

• 12 + years of demonstrated experience in Software / Functional / System development configuration, integration and testing of which 5+ years of core experience in Product / System development / Requirement management / Integration /validation
• Experience in Automatic Train Supervision/Central Control Center/Train management System / Signaling principles / Avionics / SCADA / Automation domain
• Good understanding of requirements and validation principles
• Knows main purpose / functionalities / principles of control Center / signalling / supervision systems.
• Ability to specify a complex product or system, whatever the application. Good knowledge in analysis & architecture methods. Knowledge of System (Software/ Hardware) limitations, client/server or distributed architecture/functions, Networks, simulation & performance assessment.
• Good knowledge of the main international standards related to product life cycle management, Systems Engineering and Model Based System Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills - Ability to understand the real time behavior, complex systems with client/server applications (Windows, OPC,.) and distributed database (XML, SQL, )
• Strong exposure to Project/Product lifecycle (process mind-set), Preferably from CMMi background
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, has the prior expertise in preparing technical proposals and specifications.
• Collaborative approach and able to work in a cross functional environment
