Job Description

  • Responsible for the architectural design, development, and deployment of the enterprises overall systems.
  • Define system solutions based on user/client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms.
  • Should be able to research, identify, select, and tests technology products required for solution delivery.
  • Establishes, implements, and documents the technology integration or migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, R&D, and Technical Support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision makers.
  • Review existing client s solution and propose new solutions or improvement plans.
  • Consult and communicate with enterprise customers to understand their business and functional needs and create customized managed Cloud enabled solutions to upscale their infrastructure.
  • Define SOW of the Projects & seamlessly documents SOPs too.
  • Client meetings/site visits for technical discussion/requirement gathering and analysis.
  • Design best practices for backups, and whole infrastructure.
  • Work closely with community heads, technical account manager, sales professionals, engineering, product development and Customer Care to resolve technical issues that arise during customer trials (POC).
  • Design and Re-architect private/public or Hybrid cloud infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and scalability to meet business needs such as SAP HANA on Cloud, hosted core banking solution on cloud, SAP/Microsoft ERP Hosting on Cloud. Design solutions to migrate from Non-virtualization environment to a Virtualization or Cloud environment.
  • Design disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) based on Public/Private Cloud model.

  • Exhibit strong understanding of the managed cloud hosting business concepts, market practices and trends, customer needs, existing products and IT solutions, key global and regional players, business dynamics etc.
  • Experience in all type of cloud (HyperV, VMware, Xen, Microsoft products/OS & Linux OS (Ubuntu, Suse, RHEL, etc.).
  • Experience in setting up, maintenance of Data Centre & Managed Cloud Services.
  • Experience in setting up Disaster Recovery (DR) solution.
  • Extensive experience of creating Managed Cloud Solutions (Public, Private, Hybrid) that is consistent of enterprise application and security standards and policies
  • Experienced in designing solutions for Disaster Recovery hosting on Cloud, Managed Services, on-premise or hosted solutions, Virtualization techniques, Elastic Cloud and High Availability solutions.
  • Consult & communicate with customers to prepare Various Technical solutions to enable the client organization to upscale their infrastructure without any downtime on Cloud platform.
  • Developing effective user interfaces, networks, and hardware and software systems
  • Customizing systems to meet specific requirements
  • Overseeing and implementing backup solutions for all systems
  • Cloud Architect for IaaS/ PaaS (Private, Public & Hybrid)
  • Comprehensive expertise in designing & Implementation cloud solutions on VMware, Citrix Xen, MS Hyper-V, RHEL.
  • Communicating expertise with Alliance partners, SaaS providers, Application developers & OEMs like Oracle, SAP, Cisco, HP, Dell, Lenovo, IBM, VMWare, RedHat, Juniper, Netapp, Microsoft, etc.
  • Computer servers Be familiar with DNS, File servers, Mail servers and NAS equipment.
  • Network switches Computer network switches; voice switches, LAN and WAN switches.
  • Load balancers Be familiar with both virtual load balancers and network load balancers.
