Join us Required Skills: Proficient in running 247365 SOC In - depth knowledge of SIEM & Threat Intelligence solutions, best practices and standards In - depth knowledge of cyber threat and mitigation landscape SPOC for Incident Management Program Provide strategic direction and ownership for Incident Response, coordinating with both internal and third - party resources to drive investigations. o Mature incident handling processes, develop threat detection analytics, and provide detail analyses of complex events. Own the incident handling process from identification to recovery, focusing on high - quality and exhaustive deliverables. Explore emerging cyber capabilities through research of next - generation analytics, machine learning techniques, and graphical relationship models. Drive forensic investigations, including internal inquiries and during malicious code research. Knowledge of various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows, Mac, Linux, Unix etc Knowledge of cloud, applications, databases, middleware to ascertain & address security threats Proficient in preparation of SIEM dashboards and SOC reports Excellent communication skills Core Analytical, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills Working knowledge and experience with MS office with proficiency in PowerBI Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage Security Incident Management Program Primarily responsible for security Incident Handling and response Ensure Incident Identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve OKRs Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations, Review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs Responsible for team & vendor management, overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for Security Operations Center Perform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to Sr. Mgmt.
