Candidate must be open to work onweekends and night shiftsConducting remote troubleshooting ofproducts.Troubleshooting, approving and executing warrantyclaims.Providing pre-sales information aboutproducts.Assisting with the activation ofCompany sites asneeded.Documenting all activity in a central CRM/Help Desksoftware platform.Coordinating with Our Engineering with tracking offield-issues, and subsequent product-modifications,logging product bugs in a central database. Assistingother team-members with troubleshooting and/oradministrative tasks as needed.Following departmental conventions and procedures.Participating in ongoing training/education of industrystandards and our product-specific information.Professionally represent company via allcommunications mediums.Abiding by all company policies and standards ofconduct contained in the company employee-manual.Performing other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsShould be a Graduate B.E/B.TechShould have scored 60% and above in 10th, 12th andGraduation. Applicant with lower than 60% scores in10th, 12th or Graduation will not be considered for therole. Scores are mandatory to be shared along with theresume.
