Job Description

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Review functional and nonfunctional requirements for enabling various dashboards, reports using Power BI
  • Develop the standard reporting structure for ready to production use for service lines
  • Liaise with other SME s, Business Process teams, service desk teams to include new reporting requirements
  • Creation of SharePoint Portal, Administration and managing access to the portal
  • Provide proper technical guidance through solution enablement phase
  • Evangelize re-use through implementation of shared solution standard assets
  • Enforce adherence to standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
  • Lead reporting level management activities
  • Lead & mentor junior staff on product configurations and support
  • Be part of client proposals and demonstration as and when needed
  • Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
  • Understands the business requirements, compares various Automation architectural options based on feasibility and impact and proposes actionable plans
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze and operate at different levels of abstraction
  • Ability to balance what is strategically right with what is practically realistic
  • Prioritization of personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Power BI, SharePoint development
  • Proficient in Power BI analytics, development & integration with other tools such as Service Now, SharePoint. Hands on experience in SharePoint
  • Knowledge of support platform such as ServiceNow, Remedy etc
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (include negotiation)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent platform architecture skills, enabling the creation of dashboards/ reporting structure
  • Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a leading member of global distributed technical teams that deliver quality services.
  • Knowledge and experience in IT methodologies and life cycles that will be used.
  • Familiar with infrastructure implementation/management, service/operations management, etc.
  • Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on service offerings and products provided by IT
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
Job Requirements: Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience ( 2-5 years )
Experience:
  • Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experiences in one of the automation products
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects
  • Experience IT Support & Analytics & knowledge and related solution deployment
  • Experience technologies like Power BI, SharePoint is a MUST
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics languages such as Python, R studio is a plus
