Job Description

Job Summary:The Global Client Experience Reporting and Analytics lead manages the whole end to end insights reporting process from design to delivery including stakeholder management to maximize value from client insights and embed in strategic discussions and decision making. This person will work with different teams across organization to unlock the value of insights from the customer feedbacks.Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Individual would be responsible for managing the Global Client Experience data, ensuring its accurate and deployed effectively to support business needs.
  • Create effective and digestible insights reports that will inform strategic and tactical decisions and lead to more insight driven actions.
  • Conveying analysis and recommendations to client handlers and executive audiences via presentations and written reports - compelling stories, case studies and best practice collateral
  • Looking out for new approaches / tech solutions for driving insights quicker and with more impact and evangelize these approaches via appropriate validation to embed into CX process
  • Strong project management skills. Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Bring consistency and best practice to how data is deployed across all Area(s)/Region(s)
  • Ensure CX team fully complies with the new data regulations for GDPR.
  • Strong stakeholder manager, able to deal confidently with all levels of seniority and influence outcomes. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture by collating feedback, innovating and automating reports.
  • Monitoring and analysis of Client Experience data, which includes health checks on data integrity and quality.
  • Be the subject matter expert and go to person for any insight requirements.
  • Hands on experience and good knowledge in advanced analytics / statistical / data mining / text mining techniques in Regression or classification (Good to have).
Knowledge and Skill requirements:
  • Understanding of models like affinity diagramming, sampling and excel coding to improve methods of data governance, data modelling and insights.
  • Strong data skills and the ability to interrogate and interpret data in support of business objectives.
  • Strong computer literacy, with good knowledge of all major business packages (MS excel, MS PowerPoint etc)
  • Excellent data interpretation, writing, presentation and influential skills
  • Good logic and thinking capabilities with an ability to understand, source, and profile data.
Education:
  • Masters/Bachelor degree from Top B schools
Experience:
  • Approximately 6- 8 years plus of previous insights analysis experience
  • Worked in a large Global organization and preferably from customer success/experience industry
  • Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationship
