Our teams are comprised of self- driven, passionate, smart individuals from top- tier institutes who are young achievers.Roles and Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for driving renewals, upselling and cross selling for key existing accounts; aligning customer success, sales and product teams to deliver the numbers Manage the end- to- end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team Build and maintain C- Level relationships in the key accounts; and prevent churn in these accounts Analyze and identify how MoEngage can eliminate our clients engagement and retention challenges. Be a trusted advisor to the key accounts on all things user engagement & retention Drive regular feedback and nurture these accounts on industry trends and innovative solutions for the key challenges across the ecosystem Requirements: 5 years of proven SaaS sales/ account management experience, including Enterprise accounts, and consistent over- achievement 2 years experience in Digital Marketing and Startups preferred; MarTech experience is a plus Ability to build team from scratch; collaborate with cross- functional teams, sales, product marketing, customer success and product Proven experience to build strong C- level relationships in the region Self- starter who works proactively to navigate large organizations and identify potential upsell opportunities Outstanding verbal and presentation skills Strong operational and analytical abilities. Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders.
