Full time MBA is MandatoryJob Title: Manager or Sr Manager - HRBPLocation: BangaloreOwning the People plan for the concerned Business that includes design ( where applicable) and implementation of end to end HR processes (Talent Management, compensation reviews, global mobility , Retention , ESAT, People engagement initiatives and Client Reviews) in collaboration with the respective departmentsCandidate Role :Talent Review processOwnership of the POSH policy. Ensure all cases are investigated and reported per policy guidelinesEfficacy of RAG analysis or Early warning signalsEmployee retention - Advocacy programsResponsible for development and implementation of detailed group specific induction process, guidelines for new employees joining the business unit with individual involvement for induction of employees at Senior Management LevelsTo act as an interface between the Corporate HR teams, Top Management & Operations Teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of processes, policies and initiatives.Handle all queries, grievances and escalations from employees on the floor and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines. Identify opportunities for process improvements based on historic trendsOwnership of internal communication for respective business unit across stakeholder groupsEnsure no non-compliances for respective business unit related to periodic Internal, External or Client Audits.Ownership for accuracy and timeliness of daily, weekly and monthly MIS/Scorecard for respective stakeholders, Responsible for publishingESAT Survey. Ownership for action planning and implementation of appropriate interventions.Ownership of employee attrition reporting and retention initiatives for respective business units, Conceptualization, development and execution of special projects for respective business unit or across processOwnership of the IJP process including timelines and selection process within businessEssential Skills :1. Problem Solving/Decision Making and a creative and conceptual thinker who can consider the wider picture when making decision.2. Take ownership of issues and provide clear analysis in a timely manner.3. Communication & Influence Effectively and concisely communicate key issues and ideas both written and verbal with minimal supervision. Interact with upper management effectively.
